24 Alarm, Inc. is owned and operated by Stan Lamb. Stan has over 22 years of experience in the alarm industry. He started with ADT in Washington, DC in 1985 where his main responsibilities were to design and supervise the installation of the alarm systems for many high level government officials including Dick Cheney (former Secretary of Defense and Vice-President of the United States), William Bennett (former Drug Czar and current CNN political analyst), and Caspar Weinberger (former Secretary of Defense). In 1998, Stan left ADT and opened 24 Alarm, Inc. The company is based on the fundamental business philosophies learned through Stan's experience with ADT.
